Nothing to report from incorporation committee, webmaster, spirituality committee, or literature committee
There was discussion around whether/how to publish our literature, e.g. paper copies, on-demand publishing, professional editing, the role of GSC/GAAIS vs. lit committee, but no decisions.
Changes to core writings: GSC decided a while back to consider creating guidelines around how often and when this sort of process happens because we don't want to put it on the GSC agenda and revisit wording every time any single member says they prefer some other word choice.
The following motion passed unanimously: Only be put on the agenda for consideration if it has been at least 5 years since the last revision Require a motion supported by at least 3 groups to add such an agenda item Require an explanation of problems caused by the current wording. GSC has the power to make an exception to these guidelines but should have a compelling reason to do so. GSC decides whether or not to move forward with the process.
Next GSC meeting: June 11 11:30am U.S. PT, all are welcome, only GSC reps have a vote.
