* The business of the General Service Conference is discussed. We make decisions by group conscience, guided by higher power. Those elected as a trustee or delegate can vote on all GSC matters. GAAIS staff can vote on issues related to their area.
* Back and forth discussion of different perspectives is appropriate. We strive to be respectful of all.
* Anonymity reminds us to place principles before personalities.

10. Motion: To form a Spirituality Committee to explore the language used to express our collective spiritual identity and experience of higher power that is inclusive, expansive and collective. Olivia would be willing to Chair this committee, and Johanna would be willing to Co-Chair.

Adrienne is nominated and accepts. Group votes: 10 ayes, 2 abstains

8. Meeting handbook approval
Motion: GSC approves the latest draft as the official handbook version 1, with many thanks to all the hard work so far, and make it clear within it that we welcome any suggestions of improvements that are handled by the lit comm on an ongoing basis, to be incorporated into future editions.
