1. Previous notes were not available so everything (even old business) will be noted as new.
New Business
1. The group discussed the disruptive effects of a troll MF. Tabled motion to ban until next meeting.
2. Proposal: In the meeting format before the topic section, if suggesting readings and newcomers are present, to suggest one of the two Newcomer Readings from the Meeting Handbook. Vote passes unanimously.
3. Decide on a prudent reserve for treasury. Proposal: That we have a prudent reserve of one year of typical expenses. That anything beyond that is passed along to GAAIS. Vote passes unanimously.
4. Monday meeting no longer has a leader. Proposal: That new meeting leaders are approved and that Matt F be removed as the Monday meeting leader. Vote passes unanimously.
