C. Organize materials that have already been submitted into sections
D. Poll fellowship for:
(1) what sections you'd like to submit stories, text or ideas
(2) what additional topics you'd like to see
(3) comments on outlined topics and overall structure
E. Regularly remind people to make submissions, publicly thank contributors, and warn of impending deadline
F. Set up interviews for stories from people who haven't written them down
